Update 5.3.25
Dear Fellow Owners,
2 big projects were completed this week
- The Building A Recirculating Pump was replaced with the refurbished pump and has made a significant difference to the noise in the pumps in the building
- The stack valves in A2 and B3 were replaced which took longer than expected in both building because the building took a long time to drain. But they are finished and passed Cape Canaveral inspection!
The Mens shower and bathroom floor repair is well underway!
We have said "see you again soon" to many of our snowbirds this past couple of weeks and hello to a few new owners - Melanie Hauer in B207 and Christopher and Christine Richard in PH8B. Please welcome them to Ocean Oaks when you see them!
Our next board meeting will be May 22nd (a change in date for board availability) at 2 pm in the exercise room and on Zoom
