Pool is closed due to a motor failure resulting in 0 Chlorine and no circulation. We hope to have a resolution quickly
Please find posted the agenda for April 16th 2 pm meeting where we will be discussing Electronic Voting. According to Florida Statute, the board needs needs to provide at least 14 days notice for this discussion to occur. These will be posted on our website and in our Association Boards as well.
We have also posted a couple of documents for you as background and we will begin our discussions April 16th. It is an interesting Google Search
This agenda will likely be updated with the 48 hour’s notice provision since we are working on a number of items such as quotes for the men’s shower repair.
Also Chematics the company investigating the Building A roof issues provided a progress report to us last week. The next park work will be to open the Building A roof at certain points to confirm the breaks in the tension wires and the cause. We look forward to this work beginning soon. More information to come at the next board meeting.
